Marian Goodman Gallery opens its new headquarters in Tribeca in style with the inaugural exhibition Your Patience Is Appreciated: An Inaugural Show. This landmark exhibition launched on October 26, 2024, and will run through December 14, 2024, in the newly renovated Grosvenor Building at 385 Broadway in New York.

Your Patience Is Appreciated brings together an impressive array of 75 works spanning installations, sound and video work, sculpture, and painting. This group exhibition showcases the rich intellectual and artistic vibrancy of the 50 multi-generational and diverse artists and estates currently represented by the gallery. The exhibit unfolds across three floors, with its title conceptualized by Philipp Kaiser, President and Partner of Marian Goodman Gallery, reflecting on the themes of change and patience, underscoring the temporal and conceptual complexities inherent in the artists’ practices. It highlights the Gallery’s dedication to deep, critical engagement with contemporary art across continents and decades, emphasizing a commitment to artistic integrity and poetic sensibility.

Rose Lord, Managing Partner, notes the significance of this exhibition in marking the first comprehensive showcase of the gallery’s artists in nearly a decade.
